Terms of service

Last updated October 23, 2026.

These terms cover this website, pixeldj.com, and the PixelDJ app. By using them, you agree to them.

Using the website

You're welcome to read the site and share links to it. Please don't try to break it, overload it, or use it to send anything harmful.

The free trial

The trial is 14 days of all of PixelDJ, started in the app with your email. It's one trial for each person and each computer, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Subscriptions

PixelDJ is $4.99 a month or $19.99 a year, in US dollars, plus any sales tax where you live. Both are all of PixelDJ. The prices are on the pricing page.

PixelDJ is sold by Lemon Squeezy, which takes the payment, and its buyer terms cover the purchase. A subscription starts, and is billed, the day it's bought, during a trial too, and renews by itself at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel online any time, and it then plays to the end of what you've paid for.

PixelDJ offers a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid purchase. A full refund ends the subscription at once, and it never renews. If a renewal payment fails and can't be taken after Lemon Squeezy tries again, the subscription ends. The refunds page has the details, and refunds and cancellation rights required by applicable law are unaffected.

A subscription is for you, on up to three of your own computers at once. PixelDJ checks it online now and then, and keeps working offline for 30 days after each check, plus a week to get back online. Please don't share your licence key, or try to get around the trial or the check.

Your music

PixelDJ plays music you already have on your computer. It doesn't give you any rights to that music. You're responsible for having the right to play, record and share the songs you use, especially when you share a recording in public.

PixelDJ never gets around copy protection, and it mustn't be used to. Music from streaming apps stays in those apps.

No promises beyond these

The website is provided as it is. The information on it is meant to be accurate, and anything wrong is fixed when it's found, but it can't be guaranteed to be free of mistakes or always available. As far as the law allows, PixelDJ isn't responsible for losses that come from using the website.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go through the contact page.
