PixelDJ offers a full refund within 14 days of your initial paid purchase. Your free trial requires no payment. Cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future renewals. Refunds and cancellation rights required by applicable law are unaffected.
Asking for a refund
Within 14 days of your first payment for Monthly or Annual, use the contact page with the email you bought PixelDJ with. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, which sells PixelDJ. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
Later payments, the renewals, aren't covered by the 14 days, except where the law says they are. Lemon Squeezy can also refund at its own discretion, under its buyer terms.
What a refund does
A full refund ends the subscription at once. Its licence key is turned off, and the subscription is cancelled, so it never renews or charges again. PixelDJ stops on its computers the next time each one checks, which is once a day while it's online. A partial refund changes nothing about the subscription.
Your music, recordings and beats stay on your computer, whatever happens to a subscription.
Cancelling
Cancel online any time, without asking anyone. In PixelDJ, press PIXELDJ ACTIVE at the top, then Manage Subscription. Without PixelDJ to hand, see your subscription.
A cancelled subscription isn't charged again, and PixelDJ keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Until then you can change your mind and resume it.
Renewals and failed payments
Monthly renews every month and Annual every year, by itself, until you cancel. Each payment comes with a receipt from Lemon Squeezy.
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy tries the card again over about two weeks, and PixelDJ keeps working meanwhile. Changing the card in Manage Subscription fixes it. If the payment still can't be taken, the subscription ends and PixelDJ stops.
