In PixelDJ
Press PIXELDJ ACTIVE at the top of PixelDJ. That shows your plan and when it renews.
- Manage Subscription opens your billing page, already signed in, to switch plans, change your card or cancel.
- Check Now checks your subscription straight away, after a payment or a change.
- Remove from this computer frees it up for another computer. The subscription stays yours.
Without PixelDJ to hand
PixelDJ is sold through Lemon Squeezy. Go to My Orders at Lemon Squeezy and type the email you bought PixelDJ with. It emails you a link that signs you in, where you can see your subscription and cancel it.
On a new computer
Install PixelDJ from the download page, then choose Restore a purchase and type the email you bought it with. Or choose I have a licence key and type the key from your receipt.
A subscription plays on three computers at once. On a fourth, PixelDJ lists the three it's on, and Remove beside one you don't use any more moves it to the new computer. That works when the old computer is lost or broken too. Or use Remove from this computer on the old one first.
Reinstalling PixelDJ keeps it on the same computer. A new Windows account, Windows reinstalled, or a new security chip makes it a new computer to PixelDJ, and PixelDJ moves your subscription across by itself when it can. Anything that won't move, say so on the contact page.
Cancelling and refunds
A cancelled subscription isn't charged again, and PixelDJ works until the end of what you've paid for. The refunds page says how to get money back.
